Refund Policy

I want you to feel good about buying from me, and just as good if it turns out not to be right for you. Here's exactly how refunds work.
1. The 14-day "bad week" guarantee
The Never Start Again System and the Busy Person's Meal & Shopping System. Use them for 14 days. If they don't change how you handle a bad week, email me within 14 days of buying and I'll refund you in full. No forms, no awkward conversation, no hard feelings.
- The guarantee covers everything in that order, including the add-on if you bought it.
- Once you're refunded, your members area access for those products ends.
- After 14 days, one-off digital purchases aren't refundable, but if something's wrong, tell me anyway and I'll do what I can to put it right.
2. Coaching
The Premium results guarantee. Follow your plan for your first month and complete your weekly check-ins. If you haven't made progress towards the goal we set together, tell me and I'll refund your first month in full.
- First 14 days: if you change your mind within 14 days of signing up, you'll get a full refund, minus a fair amount for any coaching already delivered.
- After that: you can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. The month you've already paid for isn't refunded (unless the Premium results guarantee applies), and your coaching carries on until the end of it.
- If something's gone wrong on my side, for example I haven't delivered what was promised, talk to me and I'll put it right or refund you fairly.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] or reply to any email from me. Just say what you'd like refunded. You don't need to give a reason, though I'm always grateful to hear one so I can make things better.
4. When you'll get your money
I'll process your refund within 3 working days of your request. It goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it on your statement.
5. Your legal rights
